Beautiful holiday cottage in stone on the border between the Ardèche and Languedoc with fantastic view to the south over the valley of the river Cèze and to the west in the hills of the Cevennes. Near the village Orgnac-L'Aven (3km) with all shopping facilities. 100 m² of living space, plenty of space for up to 4 persons, 2 bedrooms, huge living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, 1800 m² plot of land, bounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Quiet, leafy location. Well-paved but quiet street to access.
Nearby is the famous cave Aven d'Orgnac. The Ardeche Gorge is only a few minutes away by car. The Valley of the Cèze is very near and offers beautiful beaches for swimming.
