The house is located near the village Orgnac-L'Aven (3km). 100 m² of living space offer ample space for up to 4 persons, 2 bedrooms, huge living room with kitchenette (fully equipped fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, coffee machine, cutlery, etc.), bathroom with shower , separate toilet, 1800 m² plot of land, bounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Quiet, leafy location away from mass tourism.
